Returns and Refunds Policy
Returning Items
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please include the tracking number with your return. Refunds for the purchase price will be processed once we receive the returned items. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back. Once returned our team will inspect the package, and once this has been accepted. We will provide the refund withing 5 working days.
Received a Faulty Item?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our support team immediately with the following details:
- Your order number
- The damaged item’s name
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the fault
For damage during delivery, please also include a photo of the damaged parcel. Claims for delivery damage must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Note that refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be processed without proof of damage.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you were sent the wrong item, contact our support team right away and provide:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item you received
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty Products
Returns for faulty, damaged, or defective items are free of charge.
Returning Items for Other Reasons
For returns due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please obtain a return receipt for tracking purposes.
